Dividend Realty Group (DRG) announces a two-day technical workshop to be held Oct. 23-24, 2013 in Hong Kong on strategic real-estate modeling. A bonus third day on Oct. 25 at the same location will address advanced modeling techniques.
The seminar will enhance your profitability and your understanding of value-add and development modeling for hotel, office, residential and mixed-use properties.
The workshop is ideal for: real-estate developers; consultants; investors and brokers; property, asset and REIT managers; investment bankers; tax and legal professionals; property advisors; government regulators; and property advisors.
It will be taught by the president of DRG, Ryan Oliver, a veteran of the real-estate industry who has played a key role in underwriting, structuring and acquiring over $1 billion in all real-estate asset types. He also has worked closely with company executives in the underwriting and structuring of complex real-estate transactions that involved joint-venture equity, mezzanine debt, bonds, tax credits and other non-conventional financing sources.
As president of DRG, an international real-estate training and consulting firm, Ryan has provided consulting services to companies like CB Richard Ellis, Jones Lang LaSalle, Harvest Capital, The Link REIT, IndoChina Land, Vina Capital and Brunei Investment Agency.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from Brigham Young University and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from the University of Denver.
